Online Store Walkthrough
From our main site, there are two ways to enter our online Pebble store: by selecting the category you're interested in (Wathes or Accessories) from the top bar, or clicking "Shop All" at the bottom of the main page.
To make your purchase, follow the steps below.
1) Select your order area.
It's best to choose your country first, so that you receive the proper pricing and shipping options. This selection determines which of our distribution centers your package will ship from. Selecting the wrong area will cause an error and your order will likely become stuck during processing.
You will be able to choose your region at the bottom right of the website.
If the country listed is incorrect, simply click on it to be re-directed to a list of the other countries we are able to ship to. Please note: there are additional countries listed in the drop-down at the bottom of the page.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to those countries that are not on the list.
2) Make your order selection
The price and status of each Pebble is listed beside its picture. If an item is out-of-stock, the status will be listed above the "Add to Cart" button.
To add a watch to your cart, simply click your preferred color to the right of the picture so that it is outlined. Then click "Add to Cart".
When it has been successfully added, a confirmation will pop up to let you know. It will also list your subtotal and give you the option to "Checkout Now".
We also have accessories available for purchase. The ordering system works the same way: select Accessories from the top bar and then add the desired accessories to your cart by clicking the blue button to the right of your selection.
The current accessories include metal watchbands for Pebble Steel, Nato watchbands for the original Pebble or Pebble Time, and additional charging cables for the original Pebble, Pebble Steel, and the Pebble Time Collection.
Please note: Pebble charging cables are not cross-compatible. Every Pebble comes with a charging cable in the box. Purchasing a cable separately is not necessary unless you would like to have an extra.

If you wish to remove any items from your cart, that can be done during the Checkout stages.
Simply select the - button beside the items listed under your order Summary to remove them.
3) Check out, part 1: Shipping Information
The summary for your order is listed on the right-hand side. Please be sure to review this to make sure that everything in your cart is listed correctly.
Next, please enter your shipping address.
The shipping options for your order will be listed beneath the shipping address, letting you know the approximate shipping time and fee for each option. Click the circle to the left of your preferred option.
Please make sure that the address you use for your Pebble order is a permanent address, written in English characters.
When you have completed the above, click the "Next - Payment Methods" button listed beneath your order summary.
4) Check out, part 2: Payment Methods
The information you entered during part 1 will be summarized at the top of the page, with the option to edit, if you see a mistake or simply change your mind.

Please enter your payment details in the space provided. If you will be using PayPal to checkout, you will need to verify your account in another window. Please make sure that you do not have a pop-up blocker enabled.
If you are shipping to an address that is different than your billing address, please remember to un-check the box that says "Use my Shipping Address" on the next page. When you do, new address fields will appear so that you can fill in your other address.
