Package information
Pebble shipping packages are designed for safe travel.
Pebble Steel ships in a box measuring 169.5mm x 112.9mm x 73.5mm and weighing 1.111lbs. 
and is valued at $199 USD per Pebble Steel with a leather band, and the option to purchase an additional metal band for $20.
The Original Pebble shipping box measures 71.3mm x 94.2mm x 71.3mm and weighs 0.35lbs., and is valued at $99 USD per Original Pebble.
Please note: Some Original Pebbles may also ship with cardboard packages, measuring 317mm x 117mm x 25mm and weighing 0.444lbs.

When will my order ship? 
In stock Pebbles are shipped within 24 hours.
If some or all of the colors that you selected are out of stock, we will ship the backorders as soon as they become available again. 
Your card will not be charged for backordered items until they are available for shipping again.

Current 
payment options are Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners Club.

When your Pebble ships, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number and carrier. Average transit time for USPS is 5-7 business days. Transit time for orders shipping via FedEx depend upon the option chosen: next business day, or three (business) days.

What email address will the shipping notification come from?

All important status / shipping updates about your Pebble order will be sent from order@getpebble.com.

How do I track my package?
We will send you a tracking number when your Pebble ships. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package.
US customers can choose between USPS ground shipping and expedited shipping with FedEx
.

  • If your package is shipping with the United States Postal Service, please visit USPS.com.

  • Copy and paste your tracking number into the space shown in the example below, then hit the Find button. USPS will then retrieve the point-by-point tracking details.

  • Please note: It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the USPS website.

  • Transit time within the continental USA usually takes 5-7 business days.

  • For more information about USPS tracking, please click here.

  • If your package is shipping with FedEx, please visit FedEx.com.

  • Copy and paste your tracking number into the space shown in the example below, then hit the Track button. FedEx will then retrieve the point-by-point tracking details.

  • Please note: It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the FedEx website.

  • Transit time will depend upon the option selected when the order was placed. With FedEx, Pebble customers can select between 3-Day Delivery or Next Business Day shipping.

Can I choose another carrier?
When you place your order at getpebble.com, you may choose standard post shipping (free) with USPS or two expedited shipping options with FedEx.

For expedited shipments, the options are:

  • 3 Business Days: Monday - Friday shipping. Delivery to businesses by 4:30pm and to residences by 8pm in 3 business days. Available throughout all states except Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Standard Overnight (next-business-day afternoon): Monday - Friday shipping. Next-business-day delivery by 3pm to most US addresses, by 4:30pm to rural ares, and by 8pm to residences. Available for all states except Hawaii.
