Boot Loader Failure - Error Code
If you receive this screen when you first start your Pebble, you have encountered a Boot Loader Failure. The individual code will change depending on the cause. If you see an error like this, please try the following before contacting us:

Make sure Pebble is fully charged

Firmly press the down button for 3 seconds

Try to put your watch into recovery mode
To go into recovery mode, simultaneously hold the back, center, and up buttons on your watch for 30-45 seconds. Your watch will vibrate when it has been reset. If it works, you can proceed with your set up from our Getting Started articles for iOS or Android.
If you receive the same Boot Loader Failure error, please email order@getpebble.com. Be sure to mention that you've already tried putting your Pebble into recovery mode without success so you're not asked to repeat that step.
Also let our team know your Pebble's serial number and your shipping address. You will also need to send us two pictures:
- The error showing on the Pebble screen, and
- The back of your Pebble with the serial number clearly showing, on top of a piece of paper with your email and today's date written on it.
Once we have all of that information, we'll be able to proceed with troubleshooting or replacement request.
