European Union Orders

The EU price for Pebble watches and accessories is higher than the USD equivalent. However, this price includes Value Added Taxes (VAT), with all customs cleared and duties paid, and the order ships from a new distribution partner in Europe. European Pebble orders previously shipped from Hong Kong, forcing customers to deal with customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees on their own. These costs are now incorporated into our European pricing for a simpler, faster ordering experience across the board.

Customs Documents

  • Invoices

    • Invoices for Orders are emailed to the address associated with your Pebble account as soon as you submit payment for your order.

    • If there is a discrepancy with your invoice, please email eusupport@getpebble.com to request the correction.

  • Certification documents

    • CE Certification for Europe can be found here. If customs has difficulty associating those reports with Pebble - please show then pages 136 to 139 of the CE report.
These pages show pictures of Pebble through various stages of the CE/IC certification tests.
Please note: referenced page numbers will only appear correctly after downloading / printing the documents. They will not show accurately if simply viewed online.
