Ordering Pebble

Pebbles and extra charging cables can be bought online through Pebble.com.
The original Pebble, Pebble Steel, Pebble Time, Pebble Time Steel, and Pebble Time Round are all available for purchase on our website.

Each Pebble comes with the appropriate charging cable.
The cables listed on the website under "Accessories" are optional, in case you would like to purchase a spare cable.

What is Pebble?

Pebble is a customizable watch that conveniently and subtly delivers the information that you want directly to your wrist. Pebble connects to your iOS or Android smartphone via Bluetooth and has a rechargeable battery that lasts for 5-7 days per charge.

The original model of Pebble is available in five regular and three limited edition colors: Orange, Cherry Red, Jet Black, Grey, Arctic White, Fresh Green, Hot Pink, and Fly Blue. 
Pebble Steel is available in stainless steel or a black matte finish.

What's the difference between Steel and the original Pebble?

Pebble Steel is made of premium watch components, including milled stainless steel and Corning® Gorilla® Glass. It runs all the same apps and software as Pebble though! It is completely compatible with the existing Pebble ecosystem.
Both Steel and the original model of Pebble are scratch-resistant, water resistant up to 5ATM, and feature e-paper screens with a backlight so Pebble can be easily viewed in the dark, in direct sunlight, and everything in between.

Help! I'm having trouble placing my order!
We've noticed that some web-browsers respond better to our order site than others. If you are having difficulty placing your order from Safari or Internet Explorer, please try using an alternate browser. Firefox or Chrome seem to work best.

Cannot select your country
At the top right of the GetPebble.com, your default country is listed.

If you are not in the correct section, please click the country listed and you will be re-directed to a list of countries that we are able to ship to. Please note: additional countries are listed in the drop-down menu at the bottom of the page. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to those countries that are not listed.

Find and select the country you are shipping to.

These divisions are based on where we have storage and distribution facilities. If you place your order with the wrong country selected, we will not be able to correct the error since they need to go to separate fulfillment centers. Your order will stall and need to be cancelled and re-ordered. If you have made an error placing your order, please contact our Support Team to let us know.


If the payment was declined:
There are several reasons that a payment may be declined.
First, please make sure that you're using one of our accepted forms of Payment. For orders shipping within Germany, payment can be submitted via Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, or PayPal. For orders to all other countries, we accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discovery, JCB, and Diners Club credit cards, as well as PayPal.

If you are using one of the approved cards and still receiving a payment error, please check with both your bank and credit card company to make sure that they have not put a hold on the transaction. If they have not interfered with the payment, please email order@getpebble.com and let us know  that you've tried the suggestions above and are still receiving a payment error.

Zipcode or address error:
Please be sure to use the English translations for your shipping and billing addresses. Unfortunately, if you use non-western characters, the order may not process properly. Please also avoid using numbers that require extensions; letters and special characters may also prevent orders from processing.

Zipcode and address errors often occur when a separate billing address is not noted. As illustrated below, there is a checked option at the bottom of the payment methods page of the checkout that says "USE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS." If this is not the case, please uncheck that box to reveal the billing address section, and fill in the proper details.


 

If you have entered the correct information in the appropriate areas and are still receiving an error, please take a screenshot and email it to our Support Team.

Help! I made a mistake on my order!
Email address typo

If you did not received a confirmation email after placing your order, it is likely due to a typo with your email address. If you think you have entered the wrong email address, please contact our Support Team. Please provide the mistaken email (if known), t
he name on the shipping address, and when you placed your order to help us locate it. Please also confirm the email that you'd like it changed to, if we're still able to make edits. 

If it is too late to change the email on file, we can still provide you with your online order confirmation link and any available shipping information.


Address mistake
After you place your order, there is a 30-minute window during which you are able to edit your shipping address from the online confirmation page.
You are automatically redirected there you submit your order. If you noticed the typo after closing that window, you can return to your online confirmation page by click the "Check my order status" link at the bottom of the confirmation email sent to you from order@getpebble.com. 

Simply scroll to the bottom where your address is listed and click the orange Edit button.


Once you have corrected your shipping address, click the "Update Address" button. 



Otherwise, if you've missed the 30-minute edit window, please contact our Support Team as soon as possible. As mentioned above, we are unable to correct country errors if they were placed under the wrong category. However, if the error was made in selecting a country from the same category or with any other part of the address, we can correct it if we know about the mistake before the order is processed by the distribution center.

Wrong quantity or color

If you notice an error or change your mind after placing your order, please contact our Support Team as quickly as possible.  We may still be able to correct it if we know about the mistake before the order is processed by the distribution center.

What is your refund policy?
Pebble has a 30 day refund policy for all orders placed through getpebble.com. If you are not satisfied with your Pebble for any reason, simply email order@getpebble.com for return instructions and a refund.

Yes. To help protect your purchase, Pebble offers a one-year limited warranty for all of our watches.

Where else can I buy Pebble?
Pebble is also available through retail, online and in stores.
Select original Pebble colors are available at several retail partners. In the USA, the original Pebble can be purchased through Best Buy USA, AT&T, Target, Amazon.com and NewEgg.com. It is also available at Best Buy and Future Shop in Canada, and Dick Smith's in Australia.

Pebble Steel is available for purchase online and in Best Buy USA stores.
