Using the Kickstarter Pledge Portal

Welcome Kickstarter backers!

We will be sending invitations for our Kickstarter Backer Portal between July 11th and 24th.
The email will be sent from kickstarter@getpebble.com; please take a moment to add it to your safe sender's list.

If you don't receive your invitation by July 24th, please check your SPAM folder before you Contact our Support Team.

How to Place Your Order
STEP 1: Shipping Address
  • Use the link provided within the invitation email to access our pledge management portal.​
    • You won’t need to set up a login or password, but that means that you need to use the link any time you want to access your order.
    • Keep the email for your future reference. If you've lost your link, request it again here.
    • If you have trouble with your link, please click here.
  • Once you’re in and greeted, click “Get Started” to begin confirming your order.
  • Enter the shipping address for your reward.
    • Applicable VAT will be added once you enter your full address.
      It’ll be shown separately (as well as incorporated into the total) so that you can have a better understanding of where any additional fees are coming from.
  A few tips:
  • Pay attention to the estimated ship date on your confirmation page to help you determine which location to use if you are moving or going on holiday.
  • Only use permanent shipping addresses. If you will be on holiday or have an otherwise unstable address, please have your reward shipped to a loved one for safety.
  • Please choose a secure address where someone will be present during delivery hours, if possible.
  • Pebble is not able to ship to the following countries:
    Argentina, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Morocco, Russia, Sudan, and Syria.


STEP 2: Color Selection
  • Rewards will be generated automatically based on the tier you backed.
    • Click on the colored squares beneath the item to select your preferred style.
    • Once you’re satisfied with the selection shown, click “Continue”.
    • If the tier in our portal does not match the tier showing on your Kickstarter account, please click here.
  • If you over-pledged to add another item to your reward, it will act as a credit to redeem during Step 3: Additional Items.

STEP 3: Additional Items
  • Want more? Use excess pledge amounts or purchase additional items during this step. 
    • Use the + and - buttons to adjust your quantities.
  • Items on this page are separate from your tier rewards. To adjust your reward tier, hit the "Back" button or Step 2 at the top of the page.
  • Once you've added all the items you want, click the "Continue" button.

STEP 4: Check out
  • You’re done!
  • Your shipping and payment methods will be listed on the main page and the order will be summarized at the bottom (broken into Tier Rewards, Additional Items, and Grand Total).
    • This page will be updated to include tracking information when it becomes available.

​ADDITIONAL NOTES
  • Pledged tier information, any additional items, and the Grand Total for your order will always be listed at the bottom of the screen. Shipping and VAT fees will are broken out so that you can have a better understanding of where any additional fees are coming from.
  • Frequently Asked Questions are available at the bottom of each page with the most relevant information for that Step.
  • If you need to edit the information anytime before your order ships, use the link from the invitation email to re-enter the Portal and click the “Edit” option beside the appropriate section.
 



Troubleshooting

I Didn't Receive an Invitation Email
Please try the following:
  1. Make sure you’re checking the correct location. We will be sending communication to whatever email is linked with your Kickstarter account.
  2. Check your SPAM folder and trash.
    It was sent from kickstarter@getpebble.com and titled, “Time to Kickstart your color selection.”
  3. Add kickstarter@getpebble.com to your safe sender list or contacts.
  4. Contact our Support Team with your Kickstarter email address and pledge amount so we can look up your order and reissue the email invitation.
    You can contact us in several ways:
    • “Ask a question” button, underneath the FAQ section on our Pebble Time campaign page
    • “Contact me” option on Pebble Technology’s Kickstarter bio (click on our name under the "Learn more" button on our Pebble Time campaign, or find us in a search)

If your invitation has gone awry, we’ll another one out to you right away.
 


My Link Doesn't Work!
If the link within your email leads to an error, please take a screenshot and email it to kickstarter@getpebble.com.
If you are redirected to an incorrect page, please contact us with your name, Kickstarter email address, and the amount pledged.

My Rewards Tier Doesn't Match my Kickstarter Tier
  • If your reward is showing less than your Kickstarter account is showing, you will be able to add additional items to your order on the 3rd step. Any excess pledge amount will act as a credit.
  • If your reward is showing more than your Kickstarter pledge, thank you for your honesty. Please contact our support team through Kickstarter or by using this email form to have them removed from your account.
  • If your account is showing the wrong pledge amount, please contact our support team through Kickstarter or by using this email form.
