FedEx return labels
For certain hardware or technical issues, we request that defective units be expedited back to our main office in Northern California.
For those cases, we provide a prepaid FedEx shipping label, along with four copies of a commercial invoice for international customers. Simply print all the pages that we've sent you and place them in the sleeve on the front of a FedEx envelope.
Once you've attached the paperwork, you can drop off the package at your nearest FedEx location, or request a pickup. You can arrange a pickup online through FedEx.com or by calling your country's Support phone number.
We have received some reports from international customers that local FedEx drivers are asking for more information, paperwork, or even occasionally extra fees. We have spoken with the FedEx main office who confirmed that our prepaid label and the invoices should be enough for the courier to pick up the package from your location. If you have any trouble, please contact your country's Support and they will clear up any issues with your local branch.
