Where's my package?
When your Pebble ships, we will send you an confirmation email containing the tracking number. Simply visit the UPS website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package. Transit time takes 1-3 business days for European Union customers, depending upon the option chosen when ordering.

Copy and paste your tracking number into the space shown in the example below, then hit the Track button. UPS will then retrieve the point-by-point tracking details.

Please note: It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the UPS website.

Transit time will depend upon the option selected when the order was placed. With UPS, Pebble customers can select between standard (2-3 business days) or express (1-2 business days) shipping.
