Payment Problems
There are several reasons that a payment may be declined.
First, please make sure that you're using one of our accepted forms of Payment. For orders shipping within Germany, payment can be submitted via Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, or PayPal. For orders to all other countries, we accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discovery, JCB, and Diners Club credit cards, or PayPal.
If you are using one of the approved cards and still receiving a payment error, please check with both your bank and credit card company to make sure that they have not put a hold on the transaction. If they have not interfered with the payment, please contact our Support Team and let us know that you've tried the suggestions above and are still receiving a payment error.
