Trouble Staying Connected
If you’ve lost connection after successfully pairing previously, or a frequently lose connection, a few quick steps should get you reconnected easily: 
  1. Close the Pebble app
  2. Open the phone’s Settings and tap ‘Bluetooth’
  3. Toggle bluetooth ‘Off’ then ‘On’ again
  4. Tap the gear next to any Pebble devices listed, then forget the device(s)
  5. On the watch, press and hold the back and select buttons simultaneously until the Pebble logo appears

You’re now ready to re-establish the bluetooth connection with a clean slate:
 
  1. On your phone, reopen the Pebble App and tap the ‘Connect’ prompt
  2. Follow the prompts to connect your watch

If the steps above are not successful, restarting your phone usually fixes the problem.  Just follow the steps above again, but between steps 4 and 5, restart your phone.

Note: if your watch will not connect after the steps above and is stuck on a screen with either ‘pebble.com/app’ or ‘pebble.com/sos’ at the bottom (see images below), please hold down the bottom right button on your watch until an animation of two spinning circles appears.  

When the animation stops and you’re returned to the screen shown above, please re-attempt steps 1-6.


 


Connection Problems During Setup
If you can’t seem to connect during your first time setting up the watch, there are a few easy things to check that should fix the problem for you.
 
  1. Delete, then reinstall the Pebble app (to make sure it’s installed correctly)
  2. On your phone, open ‘Settings’ and then tap ‘Bluetooth’
  3. Tap the gear next to any Pebble devices listed, then forget the device(s)
  4. On the watch, press and hold the back and select buttons simultaneously until the Pebble logo appears
  5. On your phone, reopen the Pebble app and follow the prompts to connect your watch

Make sure to choose your specific type of watch during the setup process, when prompted.
