Pebble Health - Activity Troubleshooting

If you’re concerned your watch isn’t tracking steps properly, please take the following steps:
  1. In your Pebble app, open your menu and find ‘ Health Settings’
  2. Make sure your height, weight, sex and age are correct
  3. Restart your watch by simultaneously pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons until ‘pebble’ appears
  4. Monitor your step tracking for a 24 hour period to see if it’s improved
