iOS 9.3 Pairing Difficulty
Customers running iOS 9.3 and 9.3.1 may experience a connection issue related to the recent iOS update. Versions of iOS 9.3.2 and up have resolved the issue, so if you experience connection or updating issues please make sure to upgrade your iPhone to 9.3.2.
If you are unable to update your iPhone, please follow the steps below for a temporary fix to the problem.
On your phone, force quit the Pebble app by double-tapping the home button and swiping up on the app.
Open your phone’s Settings, tap ‘Bluetooth’
Find any ‘Pebble’ devices listed, then tap the blue ‘i’ and forget the devices
Reopen the app and reconnect, choosing the Pebble Time Round when prompted to select your watch
